"Linyanti Game Reserve is a pristine oasis of untold natural beauty, where earth's creatures roam free, beckoning those who seek Africa's untamed spirit."
The Linyanti Game Reserve lies on the southern banks of the Linyanti River, acting as a natural boundary between Namibia and Botswana. This private reserve showcases stunning vistas of unspoiled grasslands, riverine forests, and winding lagoons. Unlike its neighboring reserves, Chobe National Park to the east and the Okavango Delta to the south, Linyanti remains delightfully unexploited, with an abundance of game to offer.
The remote location of this 1,250 sq km sanctuary ensures that every inch is teeming with wildlife, making it an excellent destination for animal lovers. The reserve boasts a diverse range of wildlife, with unique experiences offered in both the wet and dry seasons. During the green season, bird enthusiasts will be awestruck by the thousands of exotic birds that migrate to this area. The banks of the Linyanti River also serve as a nesting site for the stunning Carmine bee-eaters.
